1898 -- Flanner Guild established after Frank Flanner donated a small portion of land to the Charity Organization Society
1903 -- Name changed to Flanner House
1924 -- Became a charter member of the Indianapolis Community Fund (forerunner to United Way of Central Indiana)
1935 -- Incorporated as a not-for-profit organization
1946 -- Flanner Homes, Inc. founded
1987 -- Merged with Community Centers of Indianapolis
